This is a discussion of Socialism and Anarchism that appeared in the pages of the anarchist newspaper Free Society from February through April of 1902. The participants were Celia B. Whitehead, a Socialist from Denver, Colorado, who wrote to Free Society asking for details about the practicalities of anarchy — both how anarchists proposed to bring anarchy about, and how an anarchic society might work to provide public services. She received replies from Ross Winn, one of the editors of the paper, A. LeRoy Loubal, a frequent correspondent, and Albina L. Washburn, her own dear friend,
also from Denver.
