[6]Publisher's Notices
The Mutualist will be entered as second class mail matter next month. It is here to stay—a real magazine. Send your subscription or renewal NOW, as letters are asked as proof of bona-fide subscription list in making application for second-class entry.
The Tax-Payers' Magazine, edited and published by H. H. Timby, Ashtabula, Ohio, is one of the few worthwhile reform papers published. It favors tax reduction to a point of reason, exposes tariff excesses and stands for the abolition of every useless public official.
The Mutualist would abolish them all, and re-employ, as free agents, those useful and desirable.
